GUARANTEE POLICY CANCELLATION POLICY NO SHOW POLICY

GUARANTEE POLICY

A reservation will be considered confirmed, when the hotel receive an up front deposit acknowledged by the hoteL or by Credit Card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or change made to a reservation must be made at least one day prior to the committed date before 6:00 pm. If such happened after this date shall there be a penalization fee of one night, that can be paid in cash or automatically charged to the credit card account.

NO SHOW POLICY

If a reservation is in effect, guaranteed in cash, bank deposit or credit card, and the holder does not show on the stated date then it will be a one night fare penalization charge.
